"Power Tools" - James 5:16-20

In the teaching we will utilize our time to finish James. We will finish strong with no lack of "imperatives" -- things that James believes are non-negotiable!

I like tools. No...I love tools. Yes, I confess. Any excuse to buy a tool to make the job easier. And, if you think I am just speaking of hammer drills, welders, and that cool little multitool gadget, think again! I happen to love our little home espresso machine and our Vitamix blender!

God has also given us valuable "power tools" for our lives, two of which we will talk about tomorrow. While many tools come with a warning if you use them, these tools would have a warning if you didn't use them!

What "power tools" does James mention? What happens if I neglect to use them? As I mentioned last week, this could be one of the most important messages of the year. So...
