Directory Update

We have changed our directory system from Courtyard to Instant Church! Here are the instructions for how to create an account with the Instant Church directory system. It also contains steps for how to sign up if you were not originally in Courtyard.

If you were previously in Courtyard, you will already be in the system for Instant Church. The instructions you follow will be to create and activate your account. This will allow you to view/update your information.

If you were not previously in Courtyard but would like to be in our new directory system, feel free to fill out a request form by clicking the link included in the corresponding instructions. After a few business days, you will receive instructions on how to activate your account in Instant Church once we have processed the request.

If you were previously in Courtyard:

Go to members.instantchurchdirectory.com/signup

Create an account using the same email as your account from Courtyard

You will be sent an email containing a link to verify your account (note: it may take several minutes to receive this email)

Once verified, you may log in with your email and password

After you log in, it may send you another email to verify your device (this step will feel tedious, but you only have to do it once per device and it greatly increases security)

Lastly, download the Instant Church Directory app from your phone's app store and sign in

If you are joining our directory for the first time:

We will process your request over the next few business days

Once approved, we will invite you via email to create your account

As you create your account and enter the new system, we encourage you to update your information as needed and upload a photo if you haven't already. If you have any questions about this process or run into any issues, there will be a team of people at the welcome table after both services on Sunday, July 23rd and Sunday, July 30th.
